As well as providing bespoke training packages, Bal also attends conferences nationwide, providing short training workshops and talks. She is also a National Campaigner for Violence Against Women & Girls (VAWG).
Past events have included speaking at the Public Policy Exchange (June 2013), with Basildon Council (March 2015) and a number of other conferences in line with the Forced Marriage Unit. Several events are already lined up for 2016, including a Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference for victims with No Recourse to Public Funds and workshops with NHS England.
